Option |
Description |
---|---|
New |
Opens an empty circuit window. |
Open |
Loads a project file into a new window. ATPDraw can read both circuit (cir) and circuit project files (acp). Prior to v5 the extension adp was used, but this is assigned to Microsoft Access and the file type is banned as attachments in many e-mail programs. When opening a project file, ATPDraw unpacks the file in memory. |
Reload |
The last 5 stored projetcs hare found here, with the most recent one on top. |
Save |
Saves the project in the active circuit window to disk. |
Save As |
Saves the project in the active circuit window to a specified disk file (acp). A project file follows the pkzip 2 standard and contains all the required circuit description (*.$$$ file) along with results files created in the LCC module. The older project file version (adp) also contained support files and data files now included directly in the circuit description. |
Save All |
Saves all modified projects to disk. |
Close |
Closes the active circuit window. If the project has been modified, you are given a chance to save it first. |
Close All |
Closes all circuit windows. You are asked to save any modified projects. |
Import circuit |
Inserts a circuit from file into the active circuit window. |
Export circuit |
Saves the selected objects of the active circuit to a disk file. |
Import a power system from a text file. |
|
Save Metafile |
Writes the selected objects of the active circuit to a Windows metafile (*.wmf). If no objects are selected, the entire circuit window contents is written to disk. |
ATPDraw v.5.0 reintroduces the printing option with better but not perfect scaling. |
|
Print setup |
Select your default printer preferences. |
Exit |
Closes ATPDraw. You will be asked to save any modified circuits before the application is terminated. |
