Open Component dialog


This dialog enables you to change component attributes and characteristics. On the Attributes page you specify component data parameters and node names. On the Characteristic page you specify the input characteristic of non-linear components. Components with special additions are:
  • Saturable transformers
  • Universal machines
  • Statistical/Systematic switches
  • Harmonic sources
  • Model components
  • Type 94
  • Additional ATP cards
  • User specified components
  • Windsyn electrical machines
  • TACS Fortran statements
  • Synchronous machine SM

    The Open Component dialog applies to all components except for probes, geometric lines/cables LCC, and the  transformer models BCTRAN and XFMR which have their own tailor made dialogs.
